Breast and Prostate Cancer Screening
Don’t Forget:
Civil Service Law §159-b (as of July 2008) allows all employees of school districts (and other public entities) in New York State up to 4 hours of paid leave time each year to be screened for breast or prostate cancer. This time cannot be charged against your sick time or personal time.
