On Saturday, June 8, I was proud to be joined by Christina Reidel, Greg DiStefano, Marcia Sklar, and Mandy Gersten (and also Christina's kids and my kids) at the One Voice United Rally in Albany. Speakers there included union activists, school principals and school district superintendents, students, and parents. The Bronxville Teachers' Association even got a shout-out from AFT President Randi Weingarten! What a great day to stand together with educators from throughout the state to say enough is enough to the tax cap, high stakes testing, unsafe schools, and underfunding schools.
