Union Representation
If a Union member is ever called in to a meeting with an administrator, and that meeting regards a potential disciplinary issue, you have the right to bring a Union representative. Your rights to due process are protected. It is not the district's responsibility to tell you of this right, it is your responsibility to ask for representation.
