Where will David Katz be this Weekend?

I know you were wondering...

I'll be at the American Federation of Teachers' Northeast Regional Conference in Philadelphia.  I'll be with local teacher union presidents from all over this region talking about member engagement and member outreach in light of the potential Supreme Court ruling in the Friedrichs vs. California Teachers Association case.  The outreach agenda includes holding one-on-one conversations with each member of the Union  - - an initiative that our BTA is way out in front of!

I look forward to reporting to the BTA Executive Council on Monday about what I've learned.
